Upon successful completion of 1550 hours, all academic requirements met and financial obligations satisfied, the student will be issued a diploma. Upon successfully passing the State Board Exam at a designated testing center, receiving a diploma, and applying/paying for state licensure; the student is awarded a Cosmetology License in the State of Iowa.
